GV8 provides mobile applications that help users manage and track personal data including but not limited to subscription services and health metrics. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features of our Services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into our Services.

Our applications, including all software, designs, text, images, and other content, are the property of GV8 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our Services may integrate with third-party services (such as Supabase for authentication and data storage). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any financial, health, or other data entered by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GV8 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
